The space

This property is an 11,000 sq. ft. single-level villa, which makes it very convenient for multi-generational families. The villa has a backyard with a great lawn and is surrounded by lush, tropical trees. This is your private playground! There is easily enough space for you to host a private event or an intimate destination wedding.

The outdoor area with swimming pool and Jacuzzi (heated) is undoubtedly the main feature of the villa. This is where you will spend most of your time – swimming and playing in the pool and lounging on the open deck next to the pool or underneath the covered lounge area – if you prefer some shade from the sun. There is also an outdoor dining table and sofa sitting area where you can hang out with your friends and family and enjoy cocktails and casual lunches.

The villa is a new property from late November 2019 and the exterior and interior design is very contemporary, yet combined with a Caribbean style that offers lots of attention to detail. The villa offers a great space with modern furniture and beautiful artwork. The villa has 6 amazing bedrooms and is perfect for large families and friends who want to spend good, quality time together. This is definitely a place that will make you feel welcome and relaxed.

DOWNSTAIRS:

This villa only has one floor so it is perfect for families with children and grandparents as there are no stairs to climb.

The villa has 6 spacious bedrooms. The two master bedrooms are large suites with ceiling-fans and air-conditioning. These spacious suites each have a king bed, TV, closet & dresser, a large ensuite bathroom with shower, double vanity and private outdoor shower. The first master bathroom also has a beautiful bathtub. From the first master bedroom, you have direct access to the pool area and from the second master bedroom, you have access to the garden area.

The remaining 4 bedrooms are all very comfortable. Each bedroom has 2 queen beds, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, TV, closet and dresser, ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the garden.

The formal indoor dining area has 2 large dining tables that each seat 8 people comfortably and has ceiling fans and AC. The dining tables can be placed together to make one big dining table for 16 people. If you prefer to feel the Caribbean breeze, you can also dine outdoors by the swimming pool.

The spacious living room has an impressive, high vaulted ceiling with ceiling fans, AC and offers a very relaxing space with roomy and comfortable sofas where you can entertain with your family & friends and watch TV. From the living room, you have direct access to the pool area through big, sliding doors. There is also a secondary living room seating area available right next to the main living room.

Step directly out onto the terrace by the swimming pool which has an outdoor dining area with BBQ grill and a lounge area with a sofa. This is a great place to enjoy your breakfast and casual lunches by the pool. The outdoor dining- and lounge area is covered and has ceiling fans to keep the air moving so that you will always feel comfortable in this outdoor space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals throughout your vacation – and your villa rental includes a cook who will make your meals at the villa (food and beverages are not included). Please note that the cook only has basic cooking skills so if you wish to hire a professional chef, you have that option as well ($).
